The rooms were tidy and had air conditioning, there was an iron, a flat-screen TV, and a study table, I had a great time there.

we had a savoury breakfast with cappuccinos and incredibly good value, for instance, could find something for everyone. besides, the location was good and excellent for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of domus aurea palace.

The room at A&F Colosseo was perfect for our family! It had a comfortable double bed, a single bed, and even two castle beds for the kids. The private bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries. We loved that one of the rooms had a PC and a cozy sofa. The air-conditioning and free WiFi throughout the property made our stay even more enjoyable. It felt like a home away from home!

I personally wasn't a fan of the private entrance in the triple room. But hey, that's just my opinion!

I had a fantastic stay at this small but friendly B&B near the Colosseum. The room was clean, spacious, and had air conditioning. I appreciated having a kettle in the room. Marco, the owner, was very helpful and spoke good English. The location was ideal for exploring the city and most attractions were within walking distance. I highly recommend this B&B for a comfortable and affordable stay in Rome.

Our romantic escape was amazing! We loved the complimentary morning coffee and the freshly-made breakfast by the friendly person in charge. the key location was excellent as we were able to explore the city by foot and enjoyed the beautiful attractions nearby.

Although the room we stayed in was cozy, the bathroom was really cramped, which was a bit uncomfortable, and the kitchen facilities were quite limited. considering the affordable price and the location of the hotel, we would definitely stay here again.
